刘燕池滋阴清热法辨治消渴病经验

摘　　要：现代医学中的糖尿病在中医辨证里属于消渴病的范畴,是一种代谢性疾病,起病原因主要是胰岛素抵抗和胰岛素分泌不足,近年来在我国发病率较高。刘燕池教授生于中医世家,现为国家级名老中医。刘燕池教授传承发展张仲景、刘河间、朱丹溪等医家的思想,尊古创今,认为消渴病根于火热,阴由热伤,治疗时应以滋阴清热为总纲,创立了消渴病基础方,治疗时还需注意日常调护,并附刘燕池教授运用滋阴清热法治疗消渴病验案一则。Diabetes in modern medicine belongs to the category of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)differentiation. It is a metabolic disease. The main causes of this disease are insulin resistance and insufficient insulin secretion. In recent years, diabetes mellitus is a common and high incidence rate disease in China. Professor LIU Yan-chi is a national famous TCM. He respects the past and creates the present. He believes that the root of diabetes is fire and heat, and yin is injured by heat.The general principle of treatment should be nourishing yin and clearing heat. Attached is a case of professor LIU Yan-chi’s application of nourishing yin and clearing heat in the treatment of diabetes.
