摘　　要：小针之要,易陈而难入,锋勾针作为山西特色“新九针”中的一种,易学而难精。曹玉霞运用锋勾针经验丰富,将其灵活运用于临床各科疾病的治疗中。对于针具认知、治疗优势、刺法方面,曹玉霞强调三指执笔式持针时可通过控制中指据针头的距离控制进针深度、进针深度以骨为度、出针标准以提插钩拉后针下松软感为度以及其适宜禁忌诸症。Small needles are easy to learn but difficult to enter. As one of the ‘new nine needles’ with Shanxi characteristics, the sharp hook needle is easy to learn and difficult to refine. CAO Yu-xia has rich experience in using the sharp hook needle and flexibly applies it to the treatment of various clinical diseases. In terms of needle cognition, treatment advantages and needling methods, the tutor emphasizes that the depth of the needle can be controlled by controlling the distance of the pointer head in the three-finger pen holding needle, the depth of the needle is based on bone, the standard of the needle is based on the softness of the needle after the hook is pulled, and attention is paid to appropriate taboos.
