从补肾活血论治糖尿病视网膜病变

摘　　要：根据“循内科以究眼科”与“治病必求于本”的理论,谢学军教授从糖尿病的病因病机以及糖尿病视网膜病变的发病特点着手,提出肾虚血瘀是糖尿病视网膜病变发病的重要病机,肾虚为本,血瘀为标,故临床上灵活运用补肾活血法贯穿糖尿病视网膜病变治疗的始终,且谢学军教授所独创补肾活血方用于防治糖尿病视网膜病变经过了长期临床验证与大量现代药理药效研究。文章主要阐述了谢学军教授从补肾活血论治糖尿病视网膜病变的临床经验,以期为研究、治疗糖尿病视网膜病变带来启发与新思路。According to the theory of ‘follow the physician to investigate ophthalmology’ and ‘the cure must come from the root’, professor XIE Xue-jun start from the etiology and pathogenesis of diabetes, combined with the clinical characteristic,proposed the view of kidney deficiency and blood stasis was the important pathogenesis of diabetic retinopathy, and kidney deficiency was more important than blood stasis, therefore using the method of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation flexible throughout the course of treatment of diabetic retinopathy;Moreover, professor XIE Xue-jun’s original Bushen Huoxue prescription for the prevention and treatment of diabetic retinopathy has undergone long-term clinical verification and a large number of modern pharmacological efficacy studies. This article mainly expounds professor XIE Xue-jun’s clinical experience in treating diabetic retinopathy from the perspective of tonifying kidney and activating blood circulation. This article is expected to bring new ideas for the study and treatment of diabetic retinopathy.
