中医急症的“全周期”特点及“序贯芳香疗法”救治思路

摘　　要：急症的发生发展具有“全周期”的特点,救治不当致残、致死率极高,因此需要在黄金时间窗及关键节点及时救治,并根据病情演变及时转变治疗方法。中医芳香疗法用于急救历史悠久,可选药物种类丰富、功能多样,可以适应急症复杂多变的病机特点。但是,芳香疗法的临床使用呈散状,局限于某一病程、某一剂型的单独使用,缺乏序贯、系统的指导原则,韩学杰主任医师提出急症“全周期序贯芳香疗法”,强调“贯穿全周期、辨证有主次、采用多途径”使用芳香疗法,有助于更好地发挥芳香疗法在急症救治中的优势。The occurrence and development of emergency has the characteristics of ‘full cycle’. If the treatment is not appropriate, the disability rate and mortality rate would be very high. Therefore, we need to treat in the golden time window and key nodes, and timely change the treatment method according to the evolution of the disease. Aromatherapy of traditional Chinese medicine has a long history of emergency treatment, rich varieties of optional drugs and diverse functions, which can adapt to the complex and changeable pathogen esis of emergency. However, aromatherapy, loose, for clinical use is limited to a certain duration, dosage form of a separate use, lack of sequential, system, the guiding principles of HAN Xue-jie, director of the physician emergency ‘aromatherapy throughout the cycle’, emphasize ‘according to the order of the whole cycle, combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment, through various channels’ to use aromatherapy. It is helpful to give full play to the advantages of aromatherapy in emergency treatment.
