摘　　要：目的:通过比较4本现行的中医证候分类标准的差异,对证候的分类体系进行初步探析。方法:编制新旧国标的中医证候名称术语映射关系表,通过文本比对、数据统计、文献分析等方法,从术语收录范围、证候分类方法、证候分类层级、证候分类相互映射等方面进行分析和比较。结果:《中医病证分类与代码(修订版)》与《中医临床诊疗术语第2部分:证候(修订版)》(合而简称《2020修订版》)共计收录2 060个证候术语,证候分类为6个层级,共计包含10个一级类目和66个二级类目,且基本涵盖了新旧国标证候分类体系。结论:不同标准收录的术语量有显著差异,在证候分类方法与分类层级方面是基本涵盖或相互映射的关系。《2020修订版》为中医证候分类体系的建立提供借鉴依据,可在此基础上进行多属性多维度的整合。Objective:By comparing the differences of four current TCM syndrome classification standards,this paper makes a preliminary analysis on the syndrome classification system.Methods:To compile a list of TCM syndrome name mapping relationship between new and old national standards,and to analyze and compare the scope of terminology collection,syndrome classification method,syndrome classification level,syndrome classification mapping and so on through text comparison,data statistics,literature analysis and other methods.Results:Classification and codes of diseases and patterns of traditional Chinese medicine and Clinic terminology of traditional Chinese medical diagnosis and treatment—Part 2:syndromes/patterns(2020 Revision)contain a total of 2060 syndrome terms,which are classified into 6 levels,including 10 first-class categories and 66 second-class categories,and basically cover the new and old national standard syndrome classification system.Conclusion:There are significant differences in the amount of terminology included in different standards,and the relationship between syndrome classification methods and classification levels is basically covered or mapped to each other.The 2020 Revision provides a reference basis for the establishment of the classification system of Chinese medicine syndromes,on which the integration of multi-attribute and multi-dimensional can be carried out.
