《针灸避忌太一之图》与《灵枢·九针论》“天忌日”研究

摘　　要：《灵枢·九针论》认为在治疗身体痈肿时,应遵循“身形”与“九野”的对应关系,避免在天忌日进行针刺。但是目前学界对于天忌日的定义尚存在争议,历代注家也未曾言明具体的避忌方法和规律。文章以《灵枢·九宫八风》中太一游宫的理论为基础,提出天忌日由两个部分组成:一部分与太一游宫相关,另一部分与日辰干支相关。同时,结合金代闲邪聩叟所作《针灸避忌太一之图》阐明了针灸治疗时躲避天忌日的具体方法,并且校正了图中的讹误之处。天忌日理论属于中医禁忌学的范畴,有助于医家在针灸临床中合理选择施治时机,其科学内涵值得进一步研究。In describing the treatment of carbuncle, the Jiuzhen Lun Chapter of Lingshu points out that doctors should follow the corresponding relationship between the human body and Nine Geographical divisions and avoid performing acupuncture on Tianji Ri(a period when acupuncture is deprecated). Yet the academic definition of Tianji Ri remains vague, and philologists of all ages have not elaborated on how to avoid Tianji Ri. Based on the theory of Taiyi Yougong(touring palaces of Taiyi) in the Jiugong Bafeng Chapter of Lingshu, this study gives an account of the two components of Tianji Ri: one is related to the Taiyi Yougong and the other is related to the Heavenly Stems and Earthly Branches. Combined with the Chart of Acupuncture Avoid Taiyi written by Xianxie Kuisou in the Jin dynasty, this study proposes a specific method of avoiding Tianji Ri in acupuncture treatment and corrects the improprieties in the chart. Given that Tianji Ri theory may be helpful for the rational choice of treatment time in clinical practice, more research is needed to determine its implication.
