摘　　要：《审视瑶函》一书为明代傅仁宇集先辈眼科大成和傅氏家传眼科经验而成,其“开导之后宜补论”的思想引领中医眼科内障眼病治疗大法由补转通,为中医眼科内障眼病的治疗提供新的正确方向。“开导之后宜补论”应用于青光眼的中医诊疗思路为应重视辨证论治,审时度势,首要开通明目,驱邪外出,使脉道通利,目络通畅;开导之后,随以补之,使治目而无害目之弊,开导与补益并重,则目自明也。Shen Shi Yao Han was written by FU Ren-yu in the Ming dynasty from the predecessors and his family’s ophthalmology experience. The theory ‘tonifying after dredging stasis’ changes the treatment of TCM internal ophthalmopathy from the treatment of nourish to dredge and provides a new right direction of the treatment of internal ophthalmopathy.‘Tonifying after dredging stasis’ apply to glaucoma, and the TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas should pay attention to syndrome differentiation and treatment, the first thing is to dredge eyesight, drive away evil spirits, make the channel beneficial;after dredge,nourish it, so that the eyes can be cured without harming the eyes, and dredge and nourish are equally important, then the eyes will be lightened up.
