摘　　要：宫廷理筋术作为一门特色的中医理疗技术,经与现代医学研究成果的长期交融,逐渐成为了以软组织损伤为代表的系列骨伤科疾病及部分内科疾病临床诊疗的重要手段。该技术自刘寿山先生起便已具备完整的诊疗框架,但其在长期发展过程中却逐渐呈现出了以手法为核心而其他临床应用环节相对弱化的研究局面,这在一定程度上影响了该技术的学术传承与现代化发展,为使该技术能更好地适应现代化医学的发展趋势,文章将从该技术的临床应用出发探讨现代宫廷理筋诊疗体系的构建。As a characteristic TCM physiotherapy technique, the royal tendon-regulation technique has gradually become an important method for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of a series of orthopedic and traumatic diseases represented by soft tissue injuries and some internal medical diseases through long-term integration with modern medical research results. This technique has had a complete diagnosis and treatment framework since Chinese medicine doctor LIU Shou-shan, but in the longterm development process, it has gradually shown a research situation in which the operation of technique is the core and other clinical application links are relatively weakened, which has affected the research to a certain extent. The academic inheritance and modern development of technology, in order to make the technology better adapt to the development trend of modern medicine,this article will discuss the construction of diagnosis and treatment system of modern royal tendon-regulation technique diagnosis and treatment system from the clinical practice of this technology.
