小儿推拿“七政”辨证体系的探索与应用

摘　　要：小儿推拿是中医学的重要组成部分,以其独特的优势正被广泛应用于儿科疾病的防治中,虽目前小儿推拿流派众多,但取得疗效的关键无不与辨证密不可分。四川省非物质文化遗产“峨眉伤科疗法”流派,根据代表性传承人几十年的中医临床经验确定了“抓主证、明病因、创公式、巧组方”的临证法则,其中“创公式、巧组方”是对临床常见疾病辨证规律的升华和总结,将其运用到小儿推拿中,探索出一种服务于小儿推拿临床常见病症的“七政”辨证体系,以简化小儿推拿辨证,提高推拿临床疗效,利于传承推广。Infantile massage is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine. It is widely used in the prevention and treatment of pediatric diseases with its unique advantages. Although there are many schools of infantile massage at present,the key to achieving curative effect is inseparable from syndrome differentiation. Sichuan intangible cultural heritage ‘Emei traumatology therapy’ school, according to the representative inheritors’ decades of clinical experience of traditional Chinese medicine, he has detemined the clinical syndrome rules of ‘grasping the main syndrome, clarifying the etiology, creating formulas and skillfully forming prescriptions’. Among them, ‘creating formulas and skillfully forming prescriptions’ is the sublimation and summary of the syndrome differentiation rules of common clinical diseases and applies them to infantile massage. To explore a ‘Qi Zheng’ syndrome differentiation system serving the common clinical diseases of infantile massage, so as to simplify the syndrome differentiation of infantile massage, improve the clinical efficacy of tuina, and facilitate the inheritance and promotion.
