脾虚1号方治疗功能性消化不良之餐后不适综合征研究

摘　　要：目的:从脑肠肽角度,探讨脾虚1号治疗功能性消化不良之餐后不适综合征(PDS)脾虚气滞证患者的疗效机制。方法:66例PDS脾虚气滞证患者给予脾虚1号方颗粒口服,1袋/次,3次/d,疗程4周,观察患者治疗前后血清胃泌素(GAS)、胆囊收缩素(CCK)、胃蛋白酶原Ⅰ(PGⅠ)、胃动素(MTL)、生长激素释放肽(Ghrelin)含量变化。结果:与治疗前比较,患者治疗后血清GAS和PGⅠ含量轻微降低,差异无统计学意义;血清CCK含量显著降低(P<0.05);血清MTL和Ghrelin含量则显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:以香砂六君子为底方的脾虚1号方治疗PDS脾虚气滞证的疗效机制可能是通过下调血清CCK水平、上调血清MTL和Ghrelin水平发挥健脾促动力作用。Objective: To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Pixu No.1 Formula in the treatment of postprandial discomfort syndrome(PDS) with functional dyspepsia from the perspective of brain gut peptide. Methods: A total of 66 cases of PDS patients with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome were given Pixu No.1 Formula granule orally, 1 bag/time, 3 times/day, a total of 4 weeks. The contents of serum gastrin(GAS), cholecystokinin(CCK), pepsinogen I(PG I), motilin(MTL), growth hormone releasing peptide(Ghrelin) were observed. Results: compared with before treatment, the levels of gas and PG Ⅰ in serum decreased slightly after treatment;the levels of CCK in serum decreased(P<0.05);the levels of MTL and Ghrelin in serum increased significantly(P<0.05). Conclusion: The therapeutic mechanism of Pixu No.1 Formula, which the base prescription is Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction, in the treatment of PDS with spleen deficiency and qi stagnation syndrome may be through down regulating the serum CCK level and up regulating the serum MTL and Ghrelin levels to play the role of invigorating spleen and promoting motility.
