摘 要:一院多区模式是公立医院响应国家发展战略、对接区域资源规划、满足群众医疗需求和突破医院自身发展困境的重要路径。多院区医院在实际管理过程中面临诸多困难和挑战。本研究从组织架构、人员流动、财务绩效、信息化建设、文化融合等方面分析了上海市某三甲综合医院两院区的“一体化运行、同质化医疗、差异化发展”的管理实践,以期为其他多院区医院管理举措提供参考借鉴。The one-hospital with multi-campus model is an important way for public hospitals to respond to the national development strategy,connect with regional resource planning,meet the medical needs of the masses and break through the difficulties in their own development.Many difficulties and challenges are faced in the actual management process of multi-campus hospitals.This study analyzed the management practice of“integrated operation,homogeneous medical treatment and differentiated development”in the two campuses of a comprehensive Hospital of ClassⅢand Grade A in Shanghai from the aspects of organizational structure,staff turnover,financial performance,information construction and cultural integration,in order to provide reference for the management measures of other multi-campus hospitals.
