摘　　要：目的通过分析病案首页数据,综合评价医疗服务,对医院在学科建设方面提出意见,促进医院专科建设的发展。方法调取医院2019年1月1日至2021年12月31日出院病历,分析医院服务能力6项指标:收治病种数、住院术种、DRGs组数、CMI值、时间消耗指数、费用消耗指数。结果通过分析发现,县级综合医院主要病种集中在神经内科专业、心血管内科专业、呼吸专业、儿科专业,通过人力资源投入、技术能力管理等方式对这些专业加快学科的发展,以专科发展带动诊疗能力和水平的提高。结论基于病案首页数据分析,能够指导医院通过加强学科建设,提升核心专科、夯实支撑专科、打造优势专科。医院发展方式从规模扩张型转变为质量效益型,管理模式从粗放的经验管理转变为精细化的高质量管理。Objective:Through analyzing the data of the home page of medical records,the comprehensive evaluation of medical services,suggestions on discipline construction of hospitals and the development promotion of hospital specialty construction.Method:The medical records of the hospital from January 1,2019 to December 31,2021 were collected,and six indicators of the hospital’s service capacity were analyzed:the number of treatments received,the number of inpatient’s operations,the number of DRGs groups,the CMI value,the time consumption index and the cost consumption index.Result:Through the analysis,it is found that the main diseases in county-level comprehensive hospitals are concentrated in neurology,cardiovascular medicine,respiratory medicine and pediatrics.Through human resource investment,technical capacity management and other methods,the development of these specialties has been accelerated,and the development of specialties has been driving the improvement of diagnosis and treatment capacity and level.Conclusion:Based on the data analysis of the home page of medical records,hospitals can be guided to strengthen discipline construction,promote core specialties,consolidate supporting specialties,and build superior specialties.The development mode of the hospital has changed from scale expansion to quality benefit,and the management mode has changed from extensive experience management to refined high-quality management.
