摘　　要：为明确在疫情防控背景下口腔专科医院全预约诊疗发展思路,笔者运用SWOT分析方法研究中等规模公立口腔专科医院门诊在全预约模式下面临的优势、劣势、机会及威胁。通过系统分析,有针对性地提出相应的策略,推进口腔专科医院门诊的全预约,以适应疫情防控新形势的要求。在全预约模式下,中等规模公立口腔专科医院能够以全预约诊疗为工具,科学分流患者,优化医疗资源配置,避免就诊、候诊人员聚集,有效降低医院感控风险,提升患者就诊满意度。In order to clarify the development ideas of full-appointment diagnosis and treatment in stomatological hospitals under the background of epidemic prevention and control,the authors used SWOT analysis to study the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of full-appointment diagnosis and treatment in outpatient clinics of medium-sized public stomatological hospitals.Through systematic analysis,corresponding strategies were put forward to promote the full appointment and meet the requirements of the new situation of epidemic prevention and control in stomatological hospitals.In the full-appointment mode,medium-sized public stomatological hospitals can use full-appointment diagnosis and treatment as a tool to scientifically divert patients,optimize the allocation of medical resources,avoid the clustering of patients and waiting staff,effectively reduce the risks of hospital infection,and improve patient satisfaction.
