摘　　要：以医院变电所低压开关柜电气改造工程项目为研究对象,阐述医院变电所低压开关柜改造过程中面临的现状,基于Kaiser模型的框架与分析思路,对改造工程项目管理过程进行脆弱性分析,识别面临的潜在风险,重构改造流程,优化施工方案,探究基于Kaiser模型在优化医院电气改造工程项目管理中的应用,旨在为医院改造工程项目管理提供可借鉴的思路。Taking the electrical transformation project of low-voltage switch cabinet in hospital substation as the research object,this paper expounds the current situation faced in the transformation process of low-voltage switch cabinet in hospital substation.Based on the framework and analysis ideas of Kaiser model,the vulnerability analysis of the renovation project management process is carried out.And the potential risks are identified for the renovation of the reconstruction process and the optimization of the construction plan.This paper also explores the application of Kaiser model in optimizing the management of hospital electrical renovation project,so as to provide reference ideas for the management of hospital renovation project.
