摘　　要：目的探索加强和规范医院党员党内政治生活的途径。方法在3个临床科室的基层党支部中随机抽取22名党员作为研究对象,2019年实施多维度管理和非公示记实法(作为对照组);2020年实施量化评价模型,结合党支部内每月公示法(作为实验组)。采用自身对照,比较两组党内政治生活行为表现及对党支部党内政治生活管理方式的满意度。结果实验组在参与党内政治生活行为表现上,以及对管理方式的满意度上,均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医院党组织对党员党内政治生活应用量化管理法,对激励党员主动多方面参与党内政治生活,提高党员党内政治生活质量,客观公正评价党员在党内政治生活各方面行为表现,具有重要现实意义。Objective:To explore ways for strengthening and standardizing the intra-Party political life of hospital Party members.Method:A total of 22 Party members were randomly selected from grassroots Party branches in three clinical departments as the research objects.Multi-dimensional management and non-public documentary recording were implemented in 2019(control group),the quantitative evaluation model implemented in 2020 was combined with the monthly publicity method within the Party branch(experimental group).The internal political life behavior of the two groups and the satisfaction with the internal political life management of the Party branch were compared by self-comparison.Result:The experimental group was significantly better than the control group in participating in internal political life behaviors,as well as the satisfaction with the internal political life management of Party branches(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of quantitative management method to Party members’internal political life in hospital Party organizations is of great practical significance to encourage Party members to actively participate in internal political life in various aspects,improve the quality of Party members’internal political life,and objectively and fairly evaluate Party members’behaviors in all aspects of internal political life.
