化工生产中尾气处理技术分析

摘　　要：化工行业在日常运行中会出现尾气现象,当不断排出含有化学物质的尾气时,就容易对周围环境造成影响,因此国家和社会都较为注重化工生产的环保性,需要化工企业积极做好尾气的生产处理工作。结合目前一些化工企业的尾气处理情况,还存在一定问题,如何有效选择并应用尾气处理技术,便成为很多企业需要考虑的问题。为此,先阐述常用的尾气处理方法,然后对其系统组成进行分析,最后讨论尾气处理技术的发展方向和前景,以期望可以不断提高尾气处理技术选择的合理性,满足企业、社会的发展需要。Exhaust gas will appear in daily operation of chemical industy.When the exhaust gas containing chemical substances is continuously discharged,it is easy to affect the surrounding environment.Therefore,the state and society pay more attention to the environmental protection of chemical production,and chemical enterprises need to actively do a good job in the production and treatment of exhaust gas.Considering the current tail gas treatment situation of some chemical enterprises,there are still some problems.How to effectively select and apply tail gas treatment technology has become a problem that many enterprises need to consider.Therefore,the commonly used tail gas treatment methods are described first,and then the system composition is analyzed.Finally,the development direction and prospect of tail gas treatment technology are discussed in order to continuously improve the rationality of tail gas treatment technology selection and meet the development needs of enterprises and society.
