摘 要:以H水泥公司为例,在分析其普通硅酸盐水泥生产工艺以及湿法系统制备生料过程中有害成分不利影响的基础上,从部分物料外排、操作参数控制、原煤预均化处理等方面对化工废渣生产水泥有害成分影响控制进行了分析探讨。结果表明,化工废渣生产水泥过程中有害成分的产生及不利影响主要与现有生产工艺有关,这种影响会造成生产设备堵塞老化,甚至提前报废,不利于生产效率的提高。本文所提出的控制措施实施后能有效降低有害成分对生产设备及生产过程的影响。Taking H Cement Company as an example,based on the analysis of the adverse effects of harmful components in the production process of ordinary Portland cement and the preparation of raw meal in the wet process system,the impact control of harmful components in the production of cement from chemical waste residue is analyzed and discussed from the aspects of partial material discharge,operating parameter control,raw coal pre homogenization treatment,etc.The results show that the generation and adverse effects of harmful components in the process of cement production from chemical waste residue are mainly related to the existing production process,which will cause the production equipment to be blocked and aged,or even scrapped in advance,which is not conducive to the improvement of production efficiency.The control measures proposed in this paper can effectively reduce the impact of harmful ingredients on production equipment and production process after implementation.
