摘　　要：催化剂作为变换反应的命脉,在生产过程中具有举足轻重的作用。根据实际工况变化,对催化剂装填量进行准确计算,能够有效提高催化剂的使用寿命与装置的气量处理能力,对产量的增加有着非常明显的作用。潞安集团太原化工新材料合成氨净化装置,根据实际工况,对催化剂装填量进行了精准计算,不仅提高CO转换率,同时也延长了净化炉、等温变换炉催化剂的寿命,全年增加直接收益1100万元,最终保障了园区的顺利生产。As the lifeblood of shift reaction,catalyst plays an important role in the production process.Accurate calculation of catalyst loading amount according to the change of actual working conditions can effectively improve the service life of catalyst and the gas handling capacity of the unit,which has a very obvious effect on the increase of production.According to the actual working conditions,the catalyst loading amount of the ammonia purification unit,a new chemical material in Taiyuan,Lu'an Group,has been accurately calculated,which not only improves the CO conversion rate,but also extends the life of the catalyst in the purification furnace and the isothermal shift furnace.The direct income increased by 11 million yuan throughout the year,ultimately ensuring the smooth production of the park.
