摘 要:选择适合的选煤工艺有助于减少能源损耗、避免对生态环境造成过度污染,而重介质选煤技术作为一项新兴技术,不仅有着操作简单、煤质适应性强、分选效率高的优点,将其运用到选煤厂还有助于节约设备运行成本和投资成本,真正为选煤厂带来可观的经济效益。基于此,结合重介质选煤技术的分选原理,分析了具体的重介质选煤技术工艺,旨在为重介质选煤技术工艺提供理论上的参考。Selecting a suitable coal preparation process is helpful to reduce energy consumption and avoid excessive pollution to the ecological environment.As a new technology,the heavy medium coal preparation technology not only has the advantages of simple operation,strong adaptability to coal quality and high separation efficiency,but also helps to save equipment operation costs and investment costs when applied to the coal preparation plant,and really brings considerable economic benefits to the coal preparation plant.Based on this,combined with the separation principle of the dense medium coal preparation technology,the specific dense medium coal preparation technology process is analyzed to provide a theoretical reference for the dense medium coal preparation technology process.
