摘  要:压力容器的轻量化设计是压力容器设计的发展方向,应变强化技术的应用是这一发展方向的体现。制造企业期望通过改进材料性能,采用新工艺、新技术等方式追求产品轻量化设计,降低产品成本以获得更高的利润。在材料性能和计算方法难以取得进展的情况下,作为一种轻量化设计的应变强化技术,利用奥氏体不锈钢材料具有良好的塑性,在室温下采用应变强化技术对容器进行超压处理,使其发生塑性变形并将其固定,提高了材料再次变形时的屈服强度,从而提高了许用应力,减小容器壁厚,降低重容比,节省材料,降低成本,从而得到广泛应用。The lightweight design of pressure vessels is the development direction of pressure vessel design,and the application of strain strengthening technology is the embodiment of this development direction.Manufacturing enterprises expect to pursue lightweight design of products by improving material properties,adopting new processes,new technologies,etc.,and reduce product costs to obtain higher profits.In the case that it is difficult to make progress in material properties and calculation methods,as a strain strengthening technology of lightweight design,austenitic stainless steel materials have good plasticity,and strain strengthening technology is used to overpressure the container at room temperature to make it plastic deformation and fix it,so as to improve the yield strength of the material when it is deformed again,thus increasing the allowable stress,reducing the wall thickness of the container,reducing the weight volume ratio,and saving materials.It can reduce the cost and be widely used.
