摘  要:以某水泥企业为例,阐述工程依托2500 t/d水泥熟料生产线,处置含水率60%±5%污泥类及含水率<5%粉末类危险废物的关键技术、工艺流程及应用情况。经项目整体性能考核表明,运行效果符合预期:污泥类实际处理能力达79 t/d,粉末类实际处理能力40 t/d,水泥熟料生产线未减产;水泥熟料的28天抗压强度较空白实验提高0.9 MPa;水泥熟料中重金属含量及可浸出重金属含量满足GB30760—2014要求;窑尾烟囱二噁英的排放质量浓度仅为0.04 ng TEQ/m^(3),远低于国家标准排放限值0.1 ng TEQ/m^(3)。Taking a cement enterprise as an example,this paper describes the key technology,process flow and application of the project to dispose of 60+5%sludge and<5%powder hazardous waste relying on 2500 t/d cement clinker production line.The overall performance evaluation of the project shows that the operation results meet the expectations:the actual treatment capacity of sludge is 79 t/d,the actual treatment capacity of powder is 40 t/d,and the production line of cement clinker is not reduced.The 28-day compressive strength of cement clinker is 0.9 Mpa higher than that of blank experiment.The content of heavy metals and leachable heavy metals in cement clinker meet the requirements of GB30760-2014.The concentration of dioxins in kiln-tail chimneys is only 0.04ng TEQ/m^(3),which is far below the national emission limit of 0.1ng TEQ/m^(3).
