提高台湾地区青年在内地求学就业意向探究——基于浙江调研的实证视角

摘　　要：吸引台青来内地是两岸社会融合、民意相通的重要步骤。相较于其他世代,台湾地区青年世代具有更务实的经济倾向,善于运用新媒体分享和传播讯息,有利于提升他们“西进”内地的意愿,并强化扎根内地、在内地就业创业的动机。实地走访调研浙江省后发现,省内被台湾地区认可的高校较少、台青与当地台联台协等涉台机构联系度低、台青同等待遇落实精细度不够等问题,对台青来内地意愿造成一定的负面影响。应通过引导台青生活方式、建立和完善面向台青的校企联合机制、推进台青在内地政治生活体验等方式,在生活、经济、政治等方面打造既有原则又有温度的环境,提升台青认同感,提高台青在内地求学就业意向。Attracting Taiwan Residents region youth to the mainland is a key step for promoting social integration and people-to-people amity across the Strait.Compared with other generations,Taiwan Residents region youth have a more pragmatic economic orientation and are good at using new media to share and disseminate information,which strengthens their willingness to“go west”to the mainland and further enhances their motivation to take root in the mainland by seeking employment or starting businesses in the mainland.Through field visit and investigation in Zhejiang province,this study found that Taiwan’s region lack of recognition of Zhejiang’s colleges and universities,the infrequent interaction between Taiwan Residents region youth and local cross-Strait organizations such as All-China Federation of Taiwan region Compatriots and Taiwan region Entrepreneurs Association,and the far-from-full implementation of equal treatment towards Taiwan Residents region youth in the mainland all have a negative impact on the willingness of Taiwan Residents region youth to come to the mainland.We should create for Taiwan Residents region youth a warm and principled environment in aspects such as life,economy,and politics.To enhance their sense of co-identity and their intention to study and work in the Chinese mainland,we shall implement methods such as guiding their way of life,establishing and improving the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism,and promoting Taiwan Residents region youth’s experience of the political life in the Chinese mainland.
