棉籽油脂肪酸钙的中试合成及其与美加力的质量对比研究

摘  要:目的:拟以新疆优势作物棉花的副产物棉籽油为原料,合成一种全新的高能饲料添加剂——棉籽油脂肪酸钙,将其合成工艺中试放大,并证实其质量可靠。方法:进行3批50 kg级中试合成,检测产品以下指标:脂肪酸组成及含量、粗脂肪、粗灰分、钙和铅、汞、铬、镉、砷五种重金属含量,并对进口产品美加力的上述指标测定,以形成对比。结果:完成3批中试合成,收率均高于84%;每百克棉籽油脂肪酸钙的脂肪酸总量为37.60 g,低于美加力的53.63 g;前者的粗脂肪含量为89.20%,接近于美加力的92.24%;前者的粗灰分含量为9.86%,高于美加力的6.77%;前者的钙含量为109.00 g/kg,高于美加力的96.90 g/kg;二者的重金属含量均低于国家规定限度。结论:结果表明,本试验运用的中试合成工艺,能实现棉籽油脂肪酸钙大批生产,收率高,产品质量佳,可达到与美加力近似的质量水平。Objective:Taking cottonseed oil,a by-product of Xinjiang’s dominant crop cotton,to synthesize a new high-energy feed additive——cottonseed oil fatty acid calcium.The synthesis process was scaled up in a pilot scale,and its quality reliability was measured.Method:3 batches of 50 kg-level pilot was carried out and the following indicators of the product were measured:fatty acid composition and content of each component,crude fat,crude ash,calcium content,and the content of five heavy metals such as lead,mercury,chromium,cadmium and arsenic.The same method was used to measure the above-mentioned indexes of imported products,Megalac,to form a comparison.Result:Three consecutive batches of pilot synthesis were completed,and the yields were all above 84%;the total fatty acid content of cottonseed oil fatty acid calcium was 37.60g per hectogram,which was less than 53.63 g per hectogram of Megalac;the crude fat content of the former was 89.20%,which was close to 92.24% of Megalac;the crude ash content of the former was 9.86%,slightly higher than that of Megalac(6.77%);the calcium content of the former was 109.00g/kg,which was higher than that of Megalac(96.90g/kg);the contents of five heavy metals in both are below the limit set by the state.Conclusion:The results showed that the pilot synthesis process used in this experiment could realize the large scale production of cottonseed oil fatty acid calcium with high yield and good product quality,in addition,it could reach a quality level similar to that of Megalac.
