摘 要:无线电波传播模型ITU-R P.2001的有效频谱范围为30 MHz~50 GHz,传播距离为3 km~1000km,理论上适用于大多数民航地面站3 km以上覆盖范围的计算。本文通过与传统覆盖算法在计算原理和流程上的对比,展示了基于ITU-R P.2001模型算法的高准确性。通过对不同地形条件下广播式自动相关监视系统(ADS-B)和飞机通信寻址与报告系统(ACARS)两种导航设备地面站覆盖范围的仿真结果,在自研二、三维GIS平台上的展示和分析,以及与地面站实际接收的航空器报文位置对比,进一步验证了该算法可靠性和高适应性。ITU-R P.2001 is a general purpose wide-range propagation model.The range of its frequency is from 30MHz to 50 GHz.It is believed to be most accurate from about 3 km to 1000 km.Therefore,it is very suitable for signal coverage analysis of most civil aviation ground stations above 3 km.Compared with traditional algorithm in theory and process,ITU-R P.2001 is proved to be more accurate.The simulation results of the automatic dependent surveillancebroadcast system(ADS-B)and the aircraft communications addressing and reporting system(ACARS)in different terrains are displayed on 2D and 3D GIS platform.Compared with positions from real messages of aircraft received by ground stations,the algorithm based on ITU-R P.2001 is proved to be both reliable and highly adaptable.
