摘 要:航空器牵引杆是特制的中间带有缓冲装置和扭力剪切装置的专用杆,它具有传递动力、减缓牵引车对飞机冲击的作用,主要用于连接牵引车与飞机,实施对飞机牵引作业。由于牵引杆使用过程的特殊要求,需要在牵引杆与航空器连接头部设计专门的剪切销,用于在牵引杆受力过大时断开以保护航空器结构。牵引杆的断开力矩受很多因素影响,本文主要研究了牵引杆剪切销的设计需求和安装存在的问题,提出相关维护技术,在保证其功能可靠的前提下,防止使用过程中牵引杆剪切销断裂频繁发生,控制公司维修成本。Aircraft towbar is a special bar with buffer device and torsion shear device in the middle.It can transfer power and slow down the impact of tractor on aircraft,and is mainly used to connect the tractor with the aircraft and carry out aircraft traction.Due to the special demands of towbar use process,it is necessary to design a special shear pin at the connecting head between the towbar and the aircraft,which is adopted to disconnect the tractor with the aircraft when the drawbar is under excessive force to protect the aircraft structure.The breaking torque of the towbar is regulated by many factors.This paper mainly studies the problems existing in the design and installation of traction bar shear pin,and gives maintenance techniques to prevent frequent disconnection of the shear pin during its use process and to control maintenance costs under the precondition of ensuring its function reliability.
