基于航空租赁视角的波音B737 MAX复飞分析

摘　　要：波音B737 MAX飞机已在全球多个国家复飞,该机型后续运营情况、市场容量、资产价值决定了航空租赁公司对该型飞机资产的持有模式与管理方法。本文从航空租赁公司视角,基于多学科分析,对该机型技术优缺点、运营成本、ESG(environmental、social、governance)特征进行了研究;总结了国内与全球机队的存量情况、订单情况并与空客A320neo飞机对比,预测了航空租赁市场容量;同时,对该机型市场价值与租金率情况进行分析与预测。分析结果表明,该机型固有设计优缺点与市场容量影响了航空租赁公司资产与风险管理方式;该机型较低的运营成本与碳排放、较为稳定的市场价值等因素对航空租赁公司资产持有方式与资产处置方式产生了影响,最佳资产处置时间为持有5~6年。The reflight of Boeing 737 MAX has been ratified by several countries.The subsequent operation situation,leasing market capacity and asset value of B737 MAX determine the leasing mode and management method of this aircraft asset of aviation leasing companies.Based on the multi-disciplinary analysis and in the perspective of aviation leasing,the feature analysis of technical merits and demerits,operating cost,and ESG is conducted.The domestic and global fleet size and orders of B737 MAX are summarized and compared with A320neo.The analysis and prediction of market value and leasing rate are carried out.The results show that the inherent designing merits and demerits and market capacity of this aircraft affect risk management mode,and the lower operating costs and carbon emissions,the stable market value of this aircraft affect the asset holding and disposal mode of aviation leasing companies.The optimum asset disposal time is 5-6 years after holding the asset.
