摘　　要：B群脑膜炎球菌疫苗的研发包括外膜囊泡(OMV)疫苗和重组蛋白疫苗两条技术路线, 本文拟就B群脑膜炎球菌OMV疫苗的研发、生产和应用进展进行综述, 以期为我国B群脑膜炎球菌OMV疫苗的研发提供参考。This research and development of MenB meningococcal vaccines includes two technical routes:outer membrane vesicle(OMV)vaccines and recombinant protein vaccines.This article intends to review the development,production and application of MenB meningococcal OMV vaccines in order to provide a reference for the development of MenB meningococcal OMV vaccine in China.
