摘  要:为评价近同伴指导方法对医学生不良心理干预的效果,课题组对某医科大学本科生经初步问卷调查后,筛选出自我报告需要心理干预的学生共124名并随机分为研究组和对照组(1∶1),研究组采用近同伴指导方法进行心理辅导,对照组为传统的教师心理辅导。经4周辅导后进行心理、睡眠、幸福指数测评,比较两组差异,发现辅导干预后,研究组不良心理如抑郁、神经衰弱、恐惧、强迫-焦虑和疑病评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05),而睡眠质量很好及还行的比例和幸福指数评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结果表明,与传统的教师心理辅导相比,近同伴指导方法对医学生不良心理的干预更具优势。A comparative study was conducted to evaluate the effect of Near Peer Mentoring method on medical students with adverse psychological reactions. A preliminary questionnaire survey was performed, and based on their self-reports, 124 students of clinical medicine who needed psychological intervention were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group(1∶1). The Near Peer Mentoring method was used in the experimental group, while the traditional psychological counselling from teachers was adopted in the control group. After 4 weeks of psychological counselling, the authors assessed the students’ psychological reactions, Pittsburgh sleep quality index, and happiness index, and compared the results of the two groups. The results showed that the experimental group’s mean scores of adverse psychological reactions of depression, neurasthenia, fear, obsessive-compulsive anxiety, and hypochondriasis were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05), while the proportions of students with good or average sleep and the mean scores of happiness index in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05). Compared with traditional psychological counselling from teachers, the Near Peer Mentoring method has shown more advantages in the psychological intervention for medical students with adverse psychological reactions.
