摘　　要：研制了带微结构注塑充填不平衡实验模具,通过注塑充填实验,发现了充填不平衡的实验现象。结合数值模拟,通过对流道和浇口温度场的分析,使学生对充填不平衡的形成原因从根本上进行了认识。The imbalanced injection mold with microstructure was developed.Through the injection and filling experiment,the experimental phenomenon of imbalanced filling was found.Combined with numerical simulation analysis,through the analysis of the temperature field of the runner and the gate,the students have a fundamental understanding of the reasons for the formation of imbalanced filling.
