摘 要:二极铁超导磁体是稀有同位素束流装置(The Facility For Rare Isotope Beams, FRIB)中的核心构成部件。在屏蔽轭铁安装在超导磁体后,磁场的工作孔为弧形腔,测量弧形室温孔腔体内磁场分布是评估二极铁超导磁体性能的关键。本文研制了一种二极铁超导磁体系统磁场测量装置,采用伺服电机和拉线编码器联合控制的异形轨迹测量方法,实现复杂腔体中心磁场、磁中心位置和积分场的测量。通过系统的优化设计,实现了二极铁超导磁体磁场的自动测量,各项指标均达到设计要求,对后续类似二极铁超导磁体的磁场精确测量有重要意义。The superconducting dipole magnet is the core component of the facility for rare isotope beams(FRIB). After the shielding yoke is installed in the superconducting magnet, the working hole of the magnetic field is an arc-shaped chamber. Measuring the magnetic field distribution in the arc-shaped chamber is very important to evaluate the performance of the superconducting dipole magnet. In this paper, a magnetic field measurement system for superconducting dipole magnet was developed. The special-shaped trajectory measurement method controlled by servo motor and wire encoder was used to measure the central magnetic field, magnetic center position and integral field. Through the optimization design of the system, the automatic measurement of the magnetic field of the superconducting dipole magnet was realized, and all the parameters can meet the design requirements, which will be of great significance for the subsequent accurate measurement of the magnetic field of similar superconducting dipole magnet.
