摘  要:将ICCOS技术与脉冲变压器电路相结合,理论上能够提升脉冲电源断开开关的换流能力。基于小型高温超导脉冲变压器,搭建了具有ICCOS技术的超导电感储能连续脉冲电源的实验电路平台,根据电路工作原理选择实验电路平台的元器件及其对应参数,并分别在10 Hz和5 Hz的工作频率下对电路进行了验证性实验。液氮温度下测得的实验波形表明,通过ICCOS模块中电容器电压的奇偶周期变化,实验电路可以产生连续脉冲并且能够关断主开关的晶闸管。实验结果证明了基于ICCOS技术的超导电感储能连续脉冲电源电路的可行性。The combination of ICCOS technology and pulse transformer circuit can theoretically improve the commutation ability of the switch of pulse power supply. A small high-temperature superconducting pulse transformer(HTSPPT) was used to build a repetitive IPPS circuit with ICCOS experimental circuit platform. The components and their corresponding parameters for the experimental circuit platform were selected according to the working mode. The verification experiments of the circuit were carried out at the operating frequencies of 10 Hz and 5 Hz, respectively. The experimental waveforms measured at liquid nitrogen temperature show that the experimental circuit can generate continuous pulses and the main switch thyristor can be turned off by the voltage of the capacitor in the ICCOS module changes in odd and even cycles. The experimental results can prove the feasibility of the superconducting inductor energy storage continuous pulse power supply circuit based on ICCOS technology.
