摘  要:为满足空间生命科学、材料科学等科学实验样品的低温(-80℃)存储需求,采用理论分析、数值仿真及实验的方法开展了空间站低温冰箱用斯特林制冷机的设计和开发,成功研制-80℃温区大冷量气体轴承斯特林制冷机样机,并开展测试试验,试验结果表明:制冷机在散热流体工质入口温度为20℃时,制冷机在交流输入功率W为298.5 W,制冷机获得81.3 W@-80℃的制冷量Q,制冷效率COP达到0.272,冷量重量比为27.1 W/kg。在满足空间站流体散热条件下(流量70 L/h,流体温度28℃),制冷机冷量达到77.5 W/-80℃,输入功耗298.5 W,满足空间站低温冰箱-80℃存储区的冷量指标要求。To meet the low-temperature(-80 ℃) storage requirements of scientific experimental samples such as the space life science and materials science, a kind of gas-bearing Stirling cryocooler was designed and developed based on theoretical analysis, numerical simulation and experimental methods. Its prototype with large cooling capacity at-80 ℃ was tested.The results show that the cooling capacity Qreaches 81.3 W at-80 ℃ when the input power Wof the refrigerator is 298.5 W and the inlet temperature of the cooling fluid working medium is 20 ℃. The cooling efficiency COP reaches 0.272 and the cooling capacity vs weight ratio is 27.1 W/kg. The cooling capacity of the refrigerator reaches 77.5 W at-80 ℃ when the input power is 298.5 W and the space station flow rate is 70 L/h and fluid temperature is 28 ℃.The gas-bearing Stirling cryocooler can meet the requirement of the-80 ℃ storage area in the space station.
