摘 要:建立单环路脉动热管数学与物理模型,选择R134a、R410a和R600a作为脉动热管工质,基于冷凝器实验运行数据设置3 K小温差定壁温边界条件,进行数值模拟,研究三种工质脉动热管的启动特性和传热特性。结果显示:脉动热管稳定阶段,蒸发-冷凝段温差曲线呈脉动趋势,表明这三种工质的脉动热管可以在此温度范围,3 K温差的工况下稳定运行;R410a脉动热管稳定阶段平均传热量最高及平均热阻最小,且启动温度最低,表明R410a脉动热管的启动特性和传热特性最佳。The mathematical and physical models of a single-loop pulsating heat pipe were established, r134 a, r410 a and r600 a were selected as the working fluids of the pulsating heat pipe, the boundary condition of 3 K small temperature difference and fixed wall temperature was set based on the experimental operation data of the condenser, numerical simulation was conducted, three working fluids start-up and heat transfer characteristics of a pulsating heat pipe were studied. The results show that in the stable stage of the pulsating heat pipe, the temperature difference curve of the evaporation-condensing section shows a pulsating trend, indicating that the pulsating heat pipes of the three working fluids can operate stably in this temperature range and the temperature difference of 3 K;The r410 a pulsating heat pipe has the highest average heat transfer and the lowest average thermal resistance in the stable stage, and the lowest start-up temperature, indicating that the r410 a pulsating heat pipe has the best start-up characteristics and heat transfer characteristics.
