摘　　要：目的:探究及分析负压封闭吸引在足部软组织缺损皮瓣修复患者中的应用效果及对疼痛、功能状态的影响。方法:将2019年12月-2021年10月泉州仁福骨外科医院的80例足部软组织缺损皮瓣修复患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规治疗,观察组则在负压封闭吸引治疗无感染后进行常规治疗。比较两组的治疗优良率、皮瓣成活率、愈合时间、并发症发生率、治疗前后的疼痛[视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)]、功能状态(Maryland足部功能评分)及皮瓣感觉状态(BMRC感觉功能)。结果:术后6周,观察组治疗优良率显著高于对照组,术后1周的皮瓣成活率显著高于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组,愈合时间显著早于对照组(P<0.05),治疗前两组的VAS评分、Maryland足部功能评分及BMRC感觉功能分级比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组治疗后7 d及14 d的VAS评分、治疗后14 d的BMRC感觉功能分级、治疗后14 d及28 d Maryland足部功能评分显著改善,且均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:负压封闭吸引在足部软组织缺损皮瓣修复患者中的应用效果较好,且可显著改善疼痛及功能状态,在本类手术患者中的应用价值较高。Objective:To investigate and analyze the application effect of vacuum-sealing-drainage in patients with flap repair for foot soft tissue defect and influence for pain and functional status.Method:A total of 80 patients with flap repair for foot soft tissue defect in Quanzhou Renfu Orthopedic Surgery Hospital from December 2019 to October 2021 were divided into control group and observation group according to the method of random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with routine treatment,and the observation group were treated with routine treatment after vacuum-sealing-drainage(no infection).Then the excellent and good rates,survival rates of skin flap,healing time,complication rates,pain(VAS score)and functional status(Maryland foot function score)and sensory state of skin flap(BMRC sensory function)before and after the treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The excellent and good rate of observation group at sixth week after the operation was significantly higher than that of control group,the survival rate of skin flap at first week after the operation was significantly higher than that of control group,the complication rate was significantly lower than that of control group,the healing time was significantly earlier than that of control group,the differences were all significant(P<0.05).The VAS score,Maryland foot function score and BMRC sensory function stages of the two groups before treatment were no statistically significant(P>0.05),the VAS score at 7th and 14th day after the treatment,BMRC sensory function stages at 14th day after the treatment,Maryland foot function score at 14th and 28th day after the treatment of observation group were significantly improved,and the results were all significantly better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of vacuum-sealing-drainage in patients with flap repair for foot soft tissue defect is better,and it can significantly improve the pain and functional status,so its application value in th
