摘 要:针对目前车载逆变电源功率不高的问题,设计了由多路推挽电路串联的电路结构,在每路推挽电路的变压器原边采用两两开关管并联分流的方式来实现系统的大功率输出。在电路中,首先将电池组端输入的24 V直流电压升压至320 V,其次经过全桥逆变得到近似正弦波的交流电,最后经过匹配电路后得到所需的220 V/50 Hz纯正弦交流电。通过分析对比仿真结果和实际测量结果,该结构满足设计预期,对实际车载电源系统的改进有一定的参考价值。Aiming at the problem that the power of the current vehicle inverter power supply is not high,a circuit structure consisting of multiple push-pull circuits in series is designed,and the primary side of the transformer of each push-pull circuit adopts the parallel shunt method of two switches to realize the high power output of the system.In the circuit,the 24 V DC voltage input at the battery pack terminal is first boosted to 320 V,then the AC power that is approximately sine wave is obtained through full-bridge inverter,and finally the required 220 V/50 Hz pure sine wave is obtained after the matching circuit alternating current.By analyzing and comparing the simulation results and the actual measurement results,the structure meets the design expectations and has a certain reference value for the improvement of the actual vehicle power system.
