摘　　要：论述了单片AC/DC电源管理集成电路的特点,分析了集成电路的技术指标和组成,解析了HSPICE仿真文件创建与运行、工艺与版图设计布局以及注意事项,完整呈现了高效的单片AC/DC电源管理集成电路设计方法。This paper discusses the characteristics of single-chip AC/DC power management integrated circuit,analyzes the technical index and composition of the integrated circuit,analyzes the creation and operation of HSPICE simulation file,the layout of process and layout design,and the matters needing attention,and presents a complete and efficient design method of single-chip AC/DC power management integrated circuit.
