摘　　要：针对5G信令网组网及演进过程提出了3种解决方案,为组网架构问题、4G及5G用户会话绑定问题、标准通信协议(Standard Communication Protocol,SCP)及Diameter路由代理(Diameter Routing Agent,DRA)融合演进问题的解决提供了思路。一是商用阶段利用SCP准直连方式组网;二是先行独立设置绑定支持功能(Binding Support Function,BSF)后合设BSF与SCP,之后再云化融合BSF、SCP与DRA;三是将4G能力融入5G核心网并由此网元承载4G业务,基于SCP与DRA融合实现DRA业务全面接管。以此为基础,制定5G信令网的大区内部、大区之间以及国际漫游部署方案,并从引入初期、商用阶段以及云融合3个层面分析了5G信令网的演进策略,旨在实现5G信令网的科学部署与合理演进。Three solutions are proposed for the 5G signaling network networking and evolution process,which provide ideas for solving the problems of networking architecture,4G and 5G user session binding,and Standard Communication Protocol(SCP)and Diameter Routing Agent(DRA)convergence and evolution.The first is to use the SCP collimated network in the commercial stage.The second is to set up the Binding Support Function(BSF)independently first,then set up the BSF and SCP together,and then integrate into the cloud.BSF,SCP and DRA.The third is to integrate 4G capabilities into the 5G core network and carry 4G services on this network element,and realize the full takeover of DRA services based on the integration of SCP and DRA.Based on this,the intra-regional,interregional and international roaming deployment plans of the 5G signaling network are formulated,and the evolution strategy of the 5G signaling network is analyzed from the initial stage of introduction,the commercial stage and cloud integration,realize the scientific deployment and rational evolution of the 5G signaling network.
