益气维血胶囊与琥珀酸亚铁片联合重组人促红素治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气维血胶囊联合重组人促红素治疗肿瘤相关性贫血的效果及安全性,丰富肿瘤相关性贫血的临床思路。方法:选取60例赣州市肿瘤医院内三、内四病区2019年12月-2022年2月诊断肿瘤相关性贫血患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)和对照组(30例)。两组均予重组人促红素注射液治疗,在此基础上,观察组联合口服益气维血胶囊治疗,对照组联合口服琥珀酸亚铁片治疗。比较两组治疗前后血液学指标[红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血细胞比容(HCT)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白量(MCH)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)],贫血三项[叶酸、维生素B_(12)和血清铁蛋白(SF)],临床症状改善情况结果。结果:血液检测指标方面,观察组治疗后RBC、Hb、HCT及SF的变化均优于对照组(P<0.05);临床症状改善情况,观察组治疗后恶心、焦虑、困倦及食欲改善情况均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气维血胶囊联合重组人促红素治疗肿瘤相关性贫血,能有效纠正贫血状况及改善临床症状,提高患者生活质量,可以作为肿瘤相关性贫血姑息治疗中的有效方法。Objective:To investigate the effect and safety of Yiqi Weixue Capsules combined with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin in the treatment of cancer-related anemia,and to enrich the clinical ideas of cancer-related anemia.Method:A total of 60 patients with cancer-related anemia diagnosed in the Nei 3 and Nei 4 wards of Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from December 2019 to February 2022 were selected and divided into an observation group(30 cases)and a control group(30 cases)by random number table method.Both groups were treated with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin Injection,on this basis,the observation group was combined with oral Yiqi Weixue Capsules,and the control group was combined with oral Ferrous Succinate Tablets.Hematological indexes[red blood cell count(RBC),hemoglobin(Hb),hematocrit(HCT),mean corpuscular volume(MCV),mean corpuscular hemoglobin(MCH)and mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration(MCHC)]were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Result:The changes of RBC,Hb,HCT and SF in the observation group after treatment were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms,nausea,anxiety,drowsiness and appetite in the observation group after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Weixue Capsules combined with Recombinant Human Erythropoietin can effectively correct anemia,improve clinical symptoms and improve patients’quality of life,and can be used as an effective method in palliative treatment of tumor-related anemia.
