胜刀散冷敷治疗妊娠期静脉曲张型混合痔的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:分析妊娠期静脉曲张型混合痔患者治疗时,采取胜刀散冷敷的价值。方法:选取2020年6月-2021年12月于赣州市妇幼保健院收治的80例妊娠期静脉曲张型混合痔患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组(40例)和对照组(40例)。对照组采用基础治疗,观察组采用胜刀散冷敷治疗。比较两组肛门功能改善情况[每日排便次数、大便性状评分、控制排便能力评分、污粪感觉(排便感觉阈值)及直肠肛门压力(肛管静息压)]、痔核改善情况(疼痛评分、伤口痊愈时间、出血量及治疗至其分娩后期间的复发次数)及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患肛门功能[每日排便次数、大便性状评分、控制排便能力评分、污粪感觉(排便感觉阈值)及直肠肛门压力(肛管静息压)]、痔核情况(疼痛评分、伤口痊愈时间、出血量及治疗至其分娩后期间的复发次数)优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:妊娠期静脉曲张型混合痔患者采取胜刀散冷敷治疗,能够提高治疗效果,安全性更高。Objective:To analyze the value of Shengdao Powder cold compress in the treatment of varicose mixed hemorrhoids during pregnancy.Method:A total of 80 patients with gestational varicose mixed hemorrhoids admitted to Ganzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from June 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases)by randomized number table method.The control group was treated with basic treatment,and the observation group was treated with Shengdao Powder cold compress.Anal function improvement[daily defecation number,stool trait score,control defecation ability score,feces feeling(defecation feeling threshold)and rectal and anal pressure(anal resting pressure)],hemorrhoids improvement(pain score,wound healing time,bleeding and treatment to the period of recurrence)and complication rate in two groups were compared.Result:Anal function[daily defecation number,stool trait score,control defecation ability score,feces feeling(defecation feeling threshold)and rectal and anal pressure(anal resting pressure)],hemorrhoids(pain score,wound healing time,bleeding and treatment to the number of recurrence after childbirth)in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and it was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengdao Powder cold compress treatment for pregnant patients with varicose mixed hemorrhoids has high clinical value,can improve the treatment effect,accelerate the recovery speed of patients,and has higher safety.
