摘  要:目的了解新入职护理学硕士研究生在临床中规范化培训的真实心理感受,为进一步完善我国护理硕士科学学位研究生规范化培训模式提供依据。方法采用半结构式访谈法,对进行规范化培训满3年的12名护理学硕士研究生进行面对面深度访谈,对于访谈资料进行整理,提炼相关主题。结果通过“文本转录一逐级编码一提炼主题”的分析过程,凝练出3个主题:重新认识护士的角色内涵、规范化培训的内涵;逐步感知临床实践等各方面技能的提升;在规范化培训中成长。结论对新入职护理硕士研究生进行规范化培训管理,有助于培养复合型、应用型、创新型的高级护理人才,提高临床护理队伍的整体素质。Objective To understand the psychological feeling of the newly recruited nursing postgratuates in clinical standardized training,and to provide basis for the further improvement of the standardized training mode of nursing postgratuates.Methods The semi-structured interview method was used to conduct face-to-face in-depth interviews with 12 nursing postgraduates who had received standardized training for more than 3 years,the interview data were sorted out and the relevant themes were extracted.Results Three themes emerged through the analysis process of speech-to-text transcription,step-by-step encoding and theme extraction:re-recognizing the role connotation of nurses,the connotation of standardized training;the improvement of skills like gradually perceiving clinical practice;so as to grow in standardized training.Conclusion The standardized training of nursing postgratuates can cultivate composite,applied and innovative senior nursing talents,and improve the overall quality of the clinical nursing team.
