摘 要:采用100%的再生粗、细骨料制备再生混凝土自保温砌块,设计正交试验,探讨了胶凝材料、煤渣及玻化微珠等因素对砌块的抗压强度、保温性能和耐久性能(收缩、碳化、抗冻及耐水性能)的影响规律。结果表明:胶凝材料对再生混凝土自保温砌块的性能影响最大,砌块28 d抗压强度均可达到MU5.0以上等级,最高可达MU10等级;玻化微珠和煤渣共同作用改善了砌块的保温性能,砌块的最小导热系数可达到自保温混凝土复合砌块当量导热系数等级E15;经过合理配合比制备的砌块耐久性指标可达到夏热冬冷地区大气环境下使用50年的要求,满足自保温砌块与建筑结构同寿命的目标。Recycled concrete self-insulation blocks were prepared by using 100% recycled coarse and fine aggregate.Orthogonal test was designed to explore the influence of cementing materials,coal cinders and glazed hollow bead on compressive strength,insulation performance and durability(shrinkage,carbonization,frost resistance and water resistance)of the blocks.The results show that total amount of cementing materials had the greatest influence on the performance of recycled concrete self-insulation blocks,and compressive strength of blocks can reach MU5.0 and up to MU10.Thermal insulation performance of blocks was improved by the interaction of glazed hollow bead and cinder.The minimum thermal conductivity coefficient of blocks can reach the equivalent thermal conductivity grade E15 of self-insulating concrete compound block.The durability of the blocks prepared by reasonable mixing ratio can reach the requirement of design life of 50 years in atmospheric environment in hot summer and cold winter area,and meet the goal of the same life span of the self-insulation block and the building structure.
