摘  要:为解决高强混凝土黏度大、触变性差、泵送阻力大的问题,通过确定聚羧酸减水剂框架后分别调整酸醚比、链转移剂甲基丙烯磺酸钠用量、功能性单体甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量,进行水泥砂浆试验、混凝土试验。经试验得知酸醚比为4.0、甲基丙烯磺酸钠用量为1.95%、甲基丙烯酸甲酯用量为2.78%、抗坏血酸为0.28%、过氧化氢用量为1.11%时减水剂性能最优降黏效果最好,并在不同保水、缓凝组分中挑选出降黏效果较好的聚谷氨酸、多聚磷酸钠两种辅助材料与降黏型减水剂配伍,配制出一种降黏型混凝土泵送剂,可将0.23水胶比的C90混凝土倒坍排空时间控制在10 s以内。In order to solve the problem about high viscosity,poor thixotropy and large pumping resistance of high-strength concrete,it adjusted acid ether ratio,the amount of chain transfer agent sodium methacrylate and the amount of functional monomer methyl methacrylate respectively,after insuring the determining the framework of polycarboxylic acid water reducer.Then carried out the cement mortar test and concrete test.The test shows that when the acid ether ratio is 4.0,the amount of sodium methacrylate is 1.95%,the amount of methyl methacrylate is 2.78%,the amount of ascorbic acid is 0.28% and the amount of hydrogen peroxide is 1.11%,the performance of water reducer is the best and its viscosity reducing effect is the best.And two auxiliary materials with good polyglutamate and sodium polyphosphate from different water retention and coagulation components are selected and matched with anti-viscosity water reducing agent to prepare a viscosity reducing concrete pumping agent,which can control the collapse and emptying time of C90 concrete with 0.23water binder ratio within 10 s.
