摘 要:由于蓄电池维护量巨大、技术落后和维护效果不理想等原因,导致无法准确掌握蓄电池的运行状况,建立蓄电池在线监测系统尤为重要。设计蓄电池在线监测系统,对全自动化的恒流放电装置的硬件进行设计,对蓄电池充放电装置的逆变换流技术进行研究,实现了通信电源系统后备蓄电池的在线监测、远程核容放电。该系统采用逆变并网放电技术,解决传统核容放电发热的弊端,提高安全性。在线监测、远程放电可提高蓄电池的维护质量和维护效率,降低维护成本。Due to the huge amount of battery maintenance,backward technology and unsatisfactory maintenance effect,it is impossible to accurately grasp the operation status of the battery.It is particularly important to establish an on-line battery monitoring system.The on-line monitoring system of battery is designed,and the hardware of automatic constant current discharge device is designed.The inverter commutation technology of battery charging and discharging device is studied,and the on-line monitoring and remote nuclear capacity discharge of backup battery of communication power supply system are realized.The system adopts inverter grid connected discharge technology to solve the disadvantages of traditional nuclear capacity discharge heating and improve safety.Online monitoring and remote discharge can improve the maintenance quality and efficiency of the battery and reduce the maintenance cost.
