摘 要:针对配网线路安全合环条件不直观的问题,结合地区典型合环网络,通过合环操作对合环电流暂态过程、稳态过程及继电保护影响的分析,推导出合环前线路稳态电流计算式,得到实际线路量化的直观安全合环条件。最后,通过实际算例对电流三段式保护进行了理论计算,在Matlab/Simulink上对合环电流暂态过程和稳态过程进行了仿真,验证了将合环前线路稳态电流计算式作为配网安全合环条件的可靠性。Aiming at the problem that the safe loop closing condition of distribution network line is not intuitive,combined with the typical loop closing network in the region,through the analysis of the influence of loop closing operation on the transient process,steady-state process and relay protection of loop closing current,the calculation formula of line steady-state current before loop closing is deduced,and the intuitive safe loop closing condition of actual line is obtained.Finally,the theoretical calculation of current three-stage protection is carried out through a practical example,and the transient process and steady-state process of loop closing current are simulated on Matlab/Simulink.The reliability of taking the calculation formula of line steady-state current before loop closing as the condition for safe loop closing of distribution network is verified.
