摘 要:锚杆支护技术对深部资源开采及岩石工程稳定性控制具有重要意义。随着对岩体工程灾害认识的加深和锚杆研究的深入,锚杆径向抗剪性能及剪切荷载下的锚杆破坏逐渐得到学者们重视。首先阐述锚杆剪切的工程背景、定义、原理及研究目的,讨论了现场全尺寸、室内缩尺、室内全尺寸锚杆剪切试验的优缺点,并按照装置剪切面数量将室内全尺寸锚杆剪切装置分为锚杆单面剪切装置和双面剪切装置。其次,介绍每类剪切装置的结构组成、工作原理和典型实例及应用,并分析其优缺点。最后,基于现状分析与总结,提出全尺寸锚杆剪切装置应模拟真实工况,同时具备静力学单双剪切以及可以开展复杂条件下锚杆剪切研究的发展方向。本研究可对锚杆抗剪性能研究及全尺寸锚杆剪切装置研发提供参考。Rockbolt support technology is of great significance to deep resource extraction and rock engineering stability control.With the deepening of the understanding of rock engineering hazards and the deepening of anchor research,the radial shear performance of rockbolt rods and the damage of rockbole under shear loading have gradually gained the attention of scholars.This paper firstly describes the engineering background,definition,principle and research purpose of rockbolt shear,discusses the advantages and disadvantages of field full-size,indoor scaled-down and indoor full-size rockbolt shear tests,and divides indoor full-size rockbolt shear devices into anchor single-sided shear devices and double-sided shear devices according to the number of shear surfaces of the devices.Secondly,the structural components,working principle and typical examples and applications of each type of shearing device are introduced,and their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.Finally,based on the analysis and conclusion of the current situation,it is proposed that the full-size rockbolt shear device should simulate the real working conditions and have both static single and double shears as well as the development direction of rockbolt shear research under complex conditions.The research in this paper can provide a reference for the research on shear performance of rockbolt and the development of full-size rockbolt shear devices.
