摘 要:为综合回收红土镍矿中的镍和赤泥中的铁,利用镍元素在还原性气氛下易与铁元素生成镍-铁精矿的特性,将云南某红土镍矿、赤泥、氯化钙和焦炭按照一定比例混匀后置入焙烧炉中进行氯化还原焙烧,焙烧矿水淬冷却后置入湿式磨矿机磨矿至一定粒度,采用湿式磁选进一步分离得到镍-铁精矿产品。结果表明:在红土镍矿和赤泥质量比为1∶1添加,氯化钙用量为红土镍矿与赤泥总质量的40%,焦炭用量为红土镍矿与赤泥总质量的10%,焙烧温度为1100℃,焙烧时间为120 min,磁选磨矿细度为-0.056 mm占90%,磁场强度为1.28 k A/m的综合工艺条件下,获得了镍品位为5.98%、铁品位为72.37%,镍回收率为77.36%、铁回收率为62.86%的镍-铁精矿,实现了红土镍矿和赤泥中有价金属镍、铁的协同回收。In order to comprehensively recover the nickel in the laterite nickel ore and the iron in the red mud,the nickel element is easy to form a nickel-iron concentrate with the iron element in reducing atmosphere.The laterite nickel ore and red mud in Yunnan,are mixed with calcium chloride and coke in a certain proportion and placed in a roasting furnace for chlorination reduction roasting.After the roasting ore is cooled by water quenching,it is placed in a wet mill to grind to a certain particle size,and the nickel-iron concentrate product is further separated by wet magnetic separation.The results showed that the nickel-iron concentrate with nickel grade of 5.98%,iron grade of 72.37%,nickel recovery of 77.36% and iron recovery of 62.86% was obtained under the following conditions:the mass ratio of laterite nickel ore to red mud was 1∶1,the amount of calcium chloride was 40% of the mass sum of laterite nickel ore and red mud,the amount of coke was 10% of the mass sum of laterite nickel ore and red mud,the roasting temperature was 1100℃,the roasting time was 120 min,the grinding fineness of magnetic separation was 90% of -0.056 mm,and the magnetic field intensity was 1.28 kA/m.The synergistic recovery of valuable metals nickel and iron in laterite nickel ore and red mud was realized.
