摘  要:程潮铁矿进入深部开采后,存在通风系统风量分配不合理、局部通风能力不足、-570 m中段热害明显等问题。针对其现存的通风及热害问题开展了详细调查,结合现场测定数据构建了贴合程潮铁矿工程实际的三维通风网络解算模型,应用Ventsim软件开展了通风网络解算与热模拟研究。采取增阻、减阻调节的方式,对井下各用风地点提出了通风优化方案,优化后的通风系统数值模拟结果显示,总有效风量增加了72.2 m^(3)/s;以-570 m中段运输巷柴油机散热模拟研究,分析了通风优化前后的热害模拟结果,找准了该中段热害的主要来源,为千米深井热害治理工作提供参考。After entering deep mining of Chengchao Iron Mine,there are some problems,such as unreasonable air volume distribution of ventilation system,insufficient local ventilation capacity,obvious heat damage in the-570 m middle section etc.The existing ventilation and thermal problems were investigated in detail.Combined with the field measurement data,a three-dimensional ventilation network solution model was constructed to suit the reality of Chengchao Iron Mine,and the ventilation network solution and thermal simulation were studied by using Ventsim software.The ventilation optimization scheme is proposed for each air consumption place underground by means of resistance increase and resistance reduction adjustment.The numerical simulation results of the optimized ventilation system show that the total effective air volume increases by 72.2 m^(3)/s.Based on the simulation study of diesel engine heat dissipation in-570 m middle section transportation roadway,the simulation results of heat damage before and after ventilation optimization are analyzed,and the main sources of heat damage in the middle section were identified,which provide a reference for the treatment of heat damage in kilometer deep wells.
