抗菌素联合中药辨证治疗腰椎布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎的有效性研究

摘　　要：目的:分析抗菌素联合中药辨证治疗腰椎布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎的效果。方法:选取2020年9月-2022年2月庆阳市人民医院收治的60例布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各30例。对照组采用抗菌素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合中医辨证治疗。比较两组疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的70.00%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组VAS评分、ODI均低于治疗前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为16.67%,低于对照组的40.00%(P<0.05)。结论:腰椎布鲁氏菌性脊柱炎患者采用抗菌药物联合中药辨证治疗方案可提高治疗效果,有效改善患者疼痛情况及日常生活质量,并减少药物的不良反应,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To analyze the effect of antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment on lumbar Brucella spondylitis.Method:A total of 60 patients with lumbar Brucella spondylitis who were admitted to People’s Hospital of Qingyang City from September 2020 to February 2022 were selected,and they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics,the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,visual analogue scale(VAS)scores,Oswestry disability index(ODI)scores and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 70.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores and ODI of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 16.67%,which was lower than 40.00%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with lumbar Brucella spondylitis,antibiotics combined with traditional Chinese medicine dialectical treatment can improve the therapeutic effect,effectively improve the patient’s pain and quality of daily life,and reduce the adverse reactions of drugs,which has high safety and is worthy of clinical application.
