一贯煎加减联合甲钴胺与加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探究一贯煎加减联合甲钴胺与加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的效果。方法:择取2020年10月-2021年10月于新疆生产建设兵团第十三师红星医院进行治疗的带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者总计92例,结合随机数字表法将其分成治疗组(n=46)和对照组(n=46)。对照组患者使用甲钴胺与加巴喷丁胶囊治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合一贯煎治疗。比较两组治疗效果和疼痛程度缓解情况。结果:治疗组总有效率93.48%高于对照组的76.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月及6个月,两组患者疼痛程度评分均低于治疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疼痛程度评分较对照组均明显更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1个月及6个月,两组患者疼痛频率与治疗前比较均明显降低、疼痛持续时间较治疗前均明显缩短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疼痛频率较对照组均明显更低、持续时间较对照组均明显更短,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用一贯煎加减联合甲钴胺与加巴喷丁胶囊治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛效果确切,可明显缓解疾病疼痛程度、降低疼痛发生频率及缩短发作时间。Objective:To explore the effect of modified Yiguan Jian combined with Mecobalamin and Gabapentin Capsules in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Method:A total of 92 patients with postherpetic neuralgia treated in Red Star Hospital,13th Division,Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and divided into treatment group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with Mecobalamin and Gabapentin Capsules,and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Yiguan Jian on this basis.The therapeutic effect and pain relief of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.48%,higher than 76.09%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);one month and six months after treatment,the pain scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the pain scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);one month and six months after treatment,the frequency of pain in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,the duration of pain in the two groups were significantly shorter than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The frequency of pain in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the duration of pain in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is effective to treat postherpetic neuralgia with modified Yiguan Jian combined with Mecobalamin and Gabapentin Capsules,which can significantly alleviate the degree of disease pain,reduce the frequency of pain and shorten the attack time.
