桃红四物痛经贴的制备工艺优化

摘　　要：以红花、桃仁、川芎、熟地黄、当归、白芍粉为原料,优化桃红四物痛经贴的制备工艺。采用煎煮法提取其有效成分,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应曲面法,对基质配料比进行优化。结果表明,响应面法优化桃红四物痛经贴的制备工艺指标为:桃红四物浸膏1.0 g,明胶0.20 g,甘油1.64 mL,聚丙烯酸钠0.30 g,氧化锌0.1 g,微粒硅胶0.1 g,水0.4 g。该工艺可根据制备需求放大。制备的桃红四物痛经贴膏面整体光洁平滑,无颗粒物、气泡和残留物,平均重量为3.515 g,重量差异限度在±1%以内,含膏量平均值为5.813 g/100 cm^(2),具有含膏量较大、粘度适中、不易脱落的优点,且高温、高湿环境下稳定。桃红四物痛经贴有效解决了汤剂煎药、储存麻烦,提高了患者的依从性。Taohong Siwu Dysmenorrhea Patch’s preparation process was optimized with seemed safflower peach kernel,Chuanxiong,Rehmannia glutinosa,Angelica sinensis,white peony powder as raw materials On the basis of single factor experiment,the effective components were extracted by decoction method,and the response surface method was used to optimize the ratio of matrix ingredients.The specific process conditions were as following:Taohong Siwu extract (1.0 g),gelatin (0.20 g),glycerol (1.64 mL),sodium polyacrylate (0.30 g),zinc oxide (0.1 g),particulate silica gel (0.1 g),water (0.4 g).The process can be scaled up according to the preparation requirements.The prepared Taohong Siwu dysmenorrhea paste is smooth without of particles,bubbles and residues.The average weight of the Taohong Siwu Dysmenorrhea Paste was 3.515 g,the weight difference was within±1%,and the average paste content was 5.813 g/100 cm^(2).It has the advantages of large paste content,moderate viscosity,not easy to fall off,stable in high temperature and high humidity environment.The Taohong Siwu Dysmenorrhea Patch effectively solves the trouble of decoction and storage,which improves the patient’s compliance.
